We are looking for care assistants to join our team at River Meadows Care Home. Whether you have years of experience or are just considering starting a career in care then why not give us a call. If you have a natural empathy with people, have a caring nature and a natural enthusiasm to make a difference then this may be the role for you.  Everyday is different when you work in care, as well as helping people with their daily personal needs our care teams  support our residents to continue living their lives and achieving their goals. This may be spending time with families, going out on trips or more personalised challenges like riding in a side car! Our care staff are there every step of the way, organising and enjoying the ride and the smiles. We can offer you fully funded training including Level 2 & 3 Apprenticeships plus a full short course training programme so that you can earn while you learn. This gives you a career development program from day one, to go along side our competitive rates of pay and benefits. Many of our care staff go onto Senior and Manager positions after achieving further qualifications up to Level 5 with us so this may only be the start of the journey. Talk to us about whether you want a day or night position, full or part time as we can be flexible to meet your needs.
