SPACE-2 is an award-winning creative business consultancy that focuses on delivering creative environments in commercial properties across the UK that deliver innovative place-making, marketing and experiential opportunities for property partners and media and event clients alike.   We have recently developed a new retainer service, CATAlyst, which involves developing and producing event concepts and event programmes to support the promotion to and engagement of a variety of audiences in landmark property developments. When it comes to employing people we look for talented, proactive individuals, focusing on people’s motivations and skills, develop our team to create a more capable, sustainable and innovative business. The role below would suit a candidate with a broad skillset and be happy to take on a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:  Research, develop and deliver a programme of events aimed at target audiences focused on specific landmark property locations Research and build extensive knowledge of the local business markets in those locations and build audience/attendee data to support invitation lists Work internally with SPACE-2 colleagues and externally with stakeholders, partners and industry professionals to identify key topics for events Develop event concepts with compelling content, based on your market knowledge and industry research. Identify, invite and secure leading professionals as speakers at your events, whilst managing costs and keeping your events within budget. Work with the marketing team to market and promote your events through traditional marketing mix approaches as well as through social media and digital platform routes. Ensure that your events are cost effective, on budget and commercially viable. Manage liaison and negotiation with third party suppliers and partners regarding location facilities and event requirements Seek to continuously improve client satisfaction and SPACE-2’s profile, by getting post-event feedback from attendees and acting upon it. Understand how the events offering fits into the wider SPACE-2 Experience offering, across training, qualifications, membership and other key areas. Assist with other events as required. Contribute to the overall promotion and development of the SPACE-2 Group event portfolio, working closely with events team colleagues. Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the business You may be required to work on a flexible basis, occasionally out of hours and at weekends as required. The ideal candidate would be solution-oriented, innovative, flexible and a team player; would thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, be able to work within tight deadlines and have a passion for client service as well as be interested in supporting SPACE-2 in delivering creative environments for media and event production clients. The role will be office based in Kineton but some travel will be required on occasion to facilitate the delivery of events. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are a benefit.
